I find that dealer thru autotrader.com. There seem show good price that I can't find other with lowest price. Also my wife and I are deaf as there have lots patient with us to communication with paper and good price that I can't find other with lowest price. Because Matt went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He kept in touch with me & when we met face to face on the day we arrived to close the deal, he gave my wife & I a warm welcome. He also completed so much of the paperwork I *thought* I'd have to do when I got there. I was amazed that he had everything all set up & ready to go! So easy! I appreciated his efforts greatly. Everything I asked him to do, he did in an expeditious manner as possible. I'm sure he did some non-standard/out-of-the-norm things for me, but he NEVER complained one bit and I know I made it tough on him at times. I can't emphasize enough how much this meant to us because so many businesses today can be rude or just not care. Not the case here. The quality of work aspect of my experience is once again good. I felt *accomodated* and treated with a great deal of respect from start to finish. Matt introduced me to Colin who is yet-another good guy that really connected with me on a personal & professional level. He worked tirelessly to make me happy with the car & even test drove it before I did. Great can-do attitude. Friendliness is an inherent trait of this dealership-no question. Warm & personable-makes all the difference in the world. Myron Boyd finalized the deal for us & once again, treated us wonderfully from start to finish. He explained each aspect of the deal & cheerfully answered all of our questions. He provided us copies of every document we'd need & congratulated us on our purchase. Top notch just like everyone else. Price? Awesome. I bought the car didn't I? Thanks to the afore-mentioned individuals, we got the most awesome interest rate I've ever seen on a used vehicle. What an awesome car too! An independent Porsche Dealership service manager spoke very highly of this car which added to my confidence in buying it to begin with. So, that brings me to my overall experience. Well, guess what? The next time we start looking for a vehicle to replace one of the others (not this car!), I've already got Carbiz bookmarked on my PC. The staff was courteous and friendly. They made me feel welcomed and they ensure that I would get the best deal possible. In fact, one of the managers, I believe it was Russ, searched for better financing welcomed and they ensure that I would get the best deal possible. Additionally, Javier was very professional and dedicated to my satisfaction. He walked me around the lot and was very knowledgable of the cars on the lot. He explained each car that I was interested in and why they were or were not a good fit for me. He made very good suggestions and helped with my final decision. Finally, Marlon was very professional with closing the deal. He explained all of the paperwork and was open to any questions that I had. He was friendly and humerous. Both, Javier and Marlon, stayed late, well after 11pm, to finish helping me with my search. We purchased a 2010 Chevrolet Camero from Carbiz. Matt was an csexcellent salesman and very friendly. At no point was he pushy or anything like the other salesman at other dealersips we went to.
