I have two coworkers that purchased vehicles from Carbiz and both had good things to say; so I decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, my husband felt like the Carmax we were visiting didn't have a wide variety or selection of vehicles, so I said "hey let's go over to Carbiz" -- well I'm glad we did. We drove from Carmax to Carbiz and my husband had no problem finding a vehicle that he liked - and the prices were in line with other dealers (I did an internet search why sitting at Carbiz just to compare). The buying experience was very easy. Fred was Amazing. He was funny and very accommodating. Josh was easy to work with (he completed our application because Fred had an appt) and my husband connected with him as well as they talked about golf. We fell in love with the GMC and most importantly, Carbiz gave us more for our trade in than other dealers!!!! Myron was the final step in the process (where we signed all the paperwork) and he was great. He was very personable and made the final process (paperwork signing) easy and not seem overwhelming. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely visit Carbiz again for our next vehicle. More

One of the most notable features of Carbiz is that there seems to be very little turnover of the A-Team - Evan, Ali, Brian, Myron, and of course, Miro. They do an incredible job of buying great cars that hold their value over the years. I've bought two BMWs, two Audi's, and now a Mercedes among a few other cars. I highly recommend this dealer - the best in the DMV and possibly the nation! Oh, that's right they did get that award last year!!! More
