Just overall knowledge of the vehicles features and we didn't have a user manual but they mailed it to me right away after the car was purchased, so was no problem. the other nice thing is that even after I purchased a vehicle they followed up with me several times to see how I was doing and how the car was functioning and if I had any questions or issues that they wanted to work out. Most importantly he wasn't pushy. After I decided I wanted the vehicle I went to sit down with Mr. Boyd. He was so jovial and energetic. He happily broke all the numbers done for the vehicle purchase and made sure I understood what everything meant. The papers were signed and the deal was sealed with a push of the "EASY" button.
