In addition, Evan and Fred were willing to assist in making our purchase transaction as smooth as possible! The cars we looked at from Carbiz were above and beyond the "used" car standards! They were extremely clean with no scrathes, no paint work, no dents/dings and non-smoker type cars which impressed both me and my wife. I never thought I would have purchased a vehicle from CarBiz, but all that had quickly changed. Bryan Shannon was very helpful in choosing a car and seemed as though he's studied each cars details. He was an excellent car salesman, but I already knew this. You should try him as well. This finance department was different, it felt comfortable signing your signature away, lol. The finance manager tactfully and fully explained all the details of the paperwork. No quick sign and be gone deal here. That's one of the reasons I liked this dealership. I've got to say this has been the best car buying experience i've ever had. From the new and kept up showroom, to the hospitality of cable, coffee and tea while you wait. All the employees were very professional and courteous. Didn't feel like a place where there are sharks out to get your last dollar. They will work with you and get you done. My first visit there I was greeted by Mr. Allen and I must say he made an awesome first expression. His great personality, easy-going nature and excellent knowledge of all the cars I was interested in simply amazed me. He was easy to talk with and made me feel very comfortable working with this dealer. I did not purchase the car the first day there, but the next week I came back looking for one specific vehicle and left the dealer with another vehicle that I thought I would and could never have nor afford. Mr. Allen made my experience very easy as he took the time to talk with me extensively about the car and its features, the pricing of the vehicle, the pride, time and service carbiz gives to their vehicles which in turn helped me feel comfortable with the buying and approval process. I was amazed and excited to say that my car buying process came with no stress and no issues. My buying experience was great from beginning to end. The cars are all in really good shape. The prices are right in line with the market. The salesman was easy-going with no pressure selling.
