Javier was our saleman! He was such a sweetheart and made the experience sooooo easy, laid back and comfortable! All of the staff were super kind, offering lunch to us, drinks, anything! I bought a 2010 Nissan Armada, the car is beautiful. It was perfectly shined up, and even smelled good (thats rare for a used car)! My experience with Caribs was amazing. Thy were very professional, helpful, and reasonable. I worked with Javier and he gave me a great deal on my car. I use to dread going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle. Carbiz has made all my experiences stress-free and have always been honest and helpful to us when it comes to making the right decision. Even their finance team worked hard to make sure we got the best possible deals. It has always been about more than selling us a car. The finance manager told me that he wanted to make sure we always came back...and we have. We take our vehicles there for service as well. Their prices have been better than BMW and Jaquar service center and their workmanship has been great. We appreciate CarBiz and refer everyone we know to them for purchases and service as well. More

This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. It started because of the initiative that Matt Pollock took to contact me after receiving a scripted email from AutoTrader about a I have ever had. It started because of the initiative that Matt Pollock took to contact me after receiving a scripted email from AutoTrader about a vehicle I was selling. While getting cold calls like this is not unusual in this situation, in this case Matt made it clear, without being pushy, that CarBiz would be interested in speaking with me about my vehicle and a possible trade-in or purchase and that they did not see the AutoTrader offer as more than a starting point. He told me to take a look at what they had in stock and if anything interested me to give them a shout. Of all the calls and emails I received they, by far, had the most even-handed approach. The second thing that won me over was their selection of vehicles that were available. I was looking to get back to the sport sedan type of vehicle after driving a more sensible Hybrid and their selection of BMW, Audi, Mercedes and other such vehicles was good and the they had one very special vehicle that immediately caught my eye. What caught my eye was that the vehicle looked to be in great shape and the price was not only reasonable, but quite good. Furthermore, the amount of information about the car that was available on the website was extensive and allowed me to further evaluate the care without having to call in or ask questions. I think this is an excellent feature of their approach to business as most people, especially those that know about cars to begin with, don't want to deal with sales people until it's absolutely necessary. When I explained to Matt over email about my situation and a possible trade-in for the car I wanted he was both accommodating to my schedule, but again, not pushy about getting me to come in. This attentive, but not overly aggressive approach, is a real winner for me. He answered my questions as best he could over email and simply let me know that he would be ready to help when I came in. I drove from Leesburg, Virginia to meet with Matt and the CarBiz team; that should tell you a lot. I came in on a Monday and Matt had a family issue to take care of and was not there when I arrived, but one of his teammates, Danielle Miller, was waiting when I arrived and not only was prepared to take my car for evaluation but literally handed me the key to the car I was interested in and told me to have fun test-driving the car. So, me and my two kids piled into the care and we tested the car right away. When we returned she made sure my kids were settled with chairs and a place to play on their computers and had drinks and snacks. Nice touch. The hard part is always "making the deal" and as long as one goes into this process with the understanding that everyone is trying to get the best deal from their perspective and that selling cars is a business then things usually go well and this process was no different. CarBiz worked hard to get me the trade-in I needed and the price I needed to make a deal that I was comfortable with and one where they could at least walk away making money. The process was tedious at times, but they were never overly pushy (again, the best trait) and did not play any games of "going back to the manager". They explained their position, I explained mine, and we found a middle ground where we were both satisfied. In the end I drove away in a car that is something I really wanted at a price that was not only good, but really good, and they made a deal that will allow them to profit. The whole deal took less than week from start to finish and was professionally and courteously handled throughout. The final closing and detail work on the car I was purchasing too a little longer than I wanted, but in the end Matt wanted to make sure that the car was in perfect working order before I left and I appreciate that and so the extra time, while not great, was not wasted. Some other nice things: The facilities are new-looking, open, spacious, and clean, which only added to the pleasant experience. Everyone there always smiled and always seemed to be moving quickly to help the customers that were there. The administrative process was handled quickly once all the paperwork and information was gathered. Matt has been in touch several times since I left the showroom to make sure everything is going well. In summary, I will repeat what I said earlier, this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had and I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the staff as well as the cleanliness and design of the facilities. I would recommend CarBiz, Matt, Danielle, and the whole crew the next time you are looking for a previously-owned vehicle without hesitation. More

I didn't have faith that I was going to be able to get a car on the strength of me having negative credit. However, I made an appointment to come to Carbiz in efforts that they could help me. I was greeted with a pleasant smile from the receptionist and directed to the waiting room; while a salesperson was retain just for me. I was offered beverage (hot or cold) and snacks, while I waited; that was good for me. Than another big smile approach to me and that smile come from Danille Miller, salesperson. A nice hello and a firm hand shake assured me that this particular salesperson (Dani) was going to get me in a car. I waited patiencely while she was working up the best deal for my situation. Always checking me and making sure that if I would just hold tight and believe, that she was going to make it work. O MY GOD, she did it and I was so happy, that it brougt tears to my eyes. My new car (2011 Toyota Corolla) is named, "MIRACLE". If it wasn't for Dani persevering on my behalf, I don't think it would have gone thru. She was assigned to me from the angels above. She is currently in the process of trying to help my niece who came to the dealership while I was there; get a car also. GO DANI!!!!! Thank you so much Dani for making my dreams come true. I would refer all my friends and family to you. I recently had to go back to the dealership and I had an another good experience with (Myron), making all my final papers smooth and easy.
