I purchased a 2003 Mercedes E320 from CarBiz back in Spring of 2010 and the car was in great shape and I had very little issues with it. Great car. The E350 4Matic had a great body and interior but it had no jack or tools in the trunk, worn and split spare and after having a flat tire due to a cracked rim where the weld went bad, I returned the car and rescinded the deal. I found another 2008 E350 4Matic at CarBiz and when they found out I had bought my previous car from them they did what they could to win my business back. The car was in great shape, the service was good and it didn't take too long once we settled on an acceptable price. I dealt with Josh Pilkington, who was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. It was a pleasure dealing with him and CarBiz had a great variety of used vehicles to choose from. I may be back again when I decide to upgrade again. More
