I was greeted immediately (& courteously) by Raymond Allen, who paid attention to my questions & concerns and took quick actions to show that he valued my time. After the test drive, Raymond took me through the service building to evidence this particular strength of the dealership; this particular action did a lot to influence my purchase decision. Additionally, between test drives, I had the opportunity to chat with Evan (the GM) and felt that his presence in front of the customers evidenced an open-ness so absent from other dealerships; I knew he would be available & accessible if required. After to working out the purchase terms, Carbiz documented a few things required as part of the agreement (not just verbally agreeing...) Raymond & Russ, appreciating my tight schedule, moved quickly through the final paperwork. Russ covered all the bases but did not pressure me, and he provided perhaps the most succinct & thorough explanation of monies that I have experienced. Finally, when making arrangements to take delivery of my vehicle, Brian was very accomodating, ensuring that the final steps would be to my schedule & satisfaction. More

Sarah has always been prompt and gave a great post sale service. Passat 2007 wasn't perfect but Carbiz has serviced for free to eliminate any problem. They even gave me a loaner car.
