I was very pleased with the professional staff that made my car buying experience very comfortable. I did not feel pressured to purchase and I feel that I was given the best deal possible on my trade-in an my car buying experience very comfortable. Danielle Miller went out of her way to help me in retrieving my title and getting my husband to complete his end of the paperwork without me having to come back to the dealership. Danielle followed me home to pick-up the title and then she followed me to my husbands job so that he could sign the papers and not have to leave his job to go to the dealership. As far as I am concerned, customer service does not get better than that. Danielle went above and beyond to made this a very easy transaction. Myron was very friendly and made signing for the paperwork fun and exciting. His explanation of warranty options was very clear and easy to understand. When I was leaving the dealership, I was not sure how to turn on my fog lights. Matthew Pollock, who was going home for the evening, took time to stop and show me how to operate the lights.
