Our sales person was Sam Sarris. This is the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had and and we are on our 9th car! While the deal was happening it started to hail outside so they pulled the car in a garage for us to avoid any damage to the car (without being asked). There were a few little problems we noticed on our long drive home. Sam called us before we could call them so we told him about the problems. He said, "no problem, bring the car in and we'll fix it." A week later the car was fixed, no issues what so ever. We will be back! Thank you Sam, Myron and the other guys that helped us out! More

Kelvin Burston was by far the best salesman that we have ever worked with. He took his time with my wife and I and made sure that we picked the right car that matched what our needs and wants. Kelvin answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with no only the deal but with the car also. The bottom line Kelvin gave us all the time we need (4 hours later) and never rushed us. He truly was a man of his word. Anything we wanted done extra to the car Kelvin and his management team made it happen. It was truly a pleasure to work with Kelvin. I went to Carbiz after seeing an SUV that I really wanted on their website. It was a reasonable price and gorgeous, but then I saw a Honda Accord with very low miles and Ray really helped me with what I want on their website. I really loved the SUV, but I know I made a good decision with the accord because it will last so much longer. I had a repo 4 years ago, then was with Autotrakk for 2 1/2 years, and Ray and Russ got me an amazing interest rate and an amazing monthly rate. Ray has been extremely helpful. I love my new car, but for some reason I am not having good luck in my life, I saw a 2 inch internal scratch the other day, I really thought it was a piece of hair, then today I noticed it got a bit bigger and then when I walked outside it was about 12 inches long, I cant feel it from the inside or out, but I called Ray and he told me to come in and they would look at it. He could have easily told me there was nothing they could do, but he is honest, which is what I like. When my insurance check came in the mail, Ray actually came in on his day off so I could get my car that day, now that is good customer service! We will see what happens tonight with my windshield (hopefully they can help me!!) Either way though, Ray has been amazing and my dad and boyfriend both are going to need cars very soon and they will be going straight to him! More
