We knew the make and model of the car we wanted prior to going to Carbiz by doing our homework and going to their online website. Even though we had done our research, and homework, however, we were still skeptical and hesitant when we spoke on the phone with Kelvin Burston. Even though he assured us on the phone that we were in good hands, yet there was some lingering apprehension. When we entered the Carbiz compound, Kelvin was already waiting for us. Smiling and very encouraging, he ushered us to his office and there we were flattered by his amiable manners, personality, and depth of knowledge of what we wanted and above all, his humility. Kelvin was very helpful and very attentive to us. He answered all our questions. He went the extra mile to help us get the car within our budget. It was so nice to feel that we were important because even after we finished with our purchase, he called the following couple of days to find out how we were enjoying our car and encouraged us to contact him anytime we had any problem.
