I am a skeptic, so my car buying adventure I assumed would be a nightmare as I'm sure most would assume as well. Im such a skeptic i wanted to wait at least a solid week after my purchase to even begin would be a nightmare as I'm sure most would assume as well. I drove an hour and a half from my home just to go to carbiz and I'm sure as xxxx glad I did. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was honestly pretty impressed. I was surrounded by quality vehicles and couldn't go more than a few steps without stopping to check out almost every one. When I met Josh, he was friendly, relatable, and calm. Not the typical in your face cheesy salesman I found at the other 7 dealers we skimmed through while deciding what make of vehicle I wanted. Josh was attentive and patient with us while we were walking the lot on a very hot and muggy day. The dealer was buzzing with customers but I still felt that I got the perfect amount of individual attention while not feeling smothered. Fantastic job on that Josh P. I knew the make of car prior to arrival by doing my homework and going to their online website. Carbiz had multiple Saabs and the dealer ratings were honestly quite impressive, so I knew carbiz would most likely be my #1 dealer of choice. I knew he had me good when he pulled up auto trader, compared the listing price with the ENTIRE nation, and carbiz was still at the bottom of the list in price and mileage for the car I wanted. (Having done hours and hours of research myself prior to arrival, I knew they were priced very well.) After an hour of giving him a hard time, we reached an agreement I could feel comfortable with. (Sorry again for the hard time Josh) :) He was able to get me a good deal, good financing, and cleaned up the car for me when I was ready for pick up. Upon returning home, I went through the glove box and found that my car had been previously owned and listed under a New Jersey pharmaceutical company as a fleet vehicle, along with every service record done on time for the entire duration of the cars life prior to my purchase. I was delighted, not only did I get a good deal, but I felt trust with the dealer, what they said about the vehicle, and THATS how you get a lifetime customer! I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Carbiz, and most likely they will be my dealer for life if they keep up the great work. Believe the reviews, it was a good experience, and I am in love with my new Saab 9-3! P.S. I would send anyone to Josh that is looking to purchase a vehicle even my own mother, and that's says a lot coming from an experienced sales person and skepticist like myself :) thanks again! More

We had the best experience with Carbiz! They treated us great and worked hard to get us in a vehicles we loved. We just purchased our second car from Carbiz last month. With our first experience we purchased a car for our teenage daughter and Sarah Herr was the best. Sarah was very attentive to our needs. Even after the sale Sarah kept in contact with my daughter on Facebook just to be sure she liked the car and was happy with the purchase. So when I was ready to make a purchase we came back to Carbiz. Sarah recognized us immediately and greeted us with Hugs. She had several customers that day and asked if she could put us in the reliable hands of Felipe, since we trusted her we said yes. What can I say about Felipe? He was awesome. He was so patient. I test drove seven cars (that's unheard of) and he listened to everything I liked and disliked. I was beginning to get discouraged because I had not found a car I loved. I made a comment about a car on the lot, I think I said that's cute. Felipe said I'll be back. He came back and said I think I have the car. I was not familiar with the brand of car he brought and never would have picked that brand for myself, but it had everything I said I liked! It was the car. Here is the best part. We are credit challenged buyers. They got me the car I wanted at the price I could afford and they know us by name. Everyone was great finance, the general manager, everybody! We were honest from the beginning about our situation and Felipe never treated us like they aren't worth my time. We have had that experience with another dealer. We've been back a few times to pick up tags, and things like that and each time we're greeted by Felipe. Carbiz has made us customers for life. More
