I was looking for a car for my daughter, a 22 yr. old college student. We had a wonderful experience at CarBiz. I have never been there before to purchase a car and this was my first time. The receptionist was very professional and courteous. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Danielle Miller, our Sales Consultant was very professional and patient with us. She answered all of my daughter's questions about the cars that she test drove. Danielle was very courteous and did not hassle us into buying anything. She was so helpful. I felt like I had known her forever. She really took her time with us and was considerate to our needs and what we could afford. Russ Tzvetanov was very helpful in going over our finance application. Again, all questions were answered and he took time to explain the warrenty to us. We did not feel rushed or forced into anything. Overall, my first-time experience with CarBiz was exceptional!! I would highly recommend CarBiz to my friends and family, and will definitely be returning to purchase a car for myself. I would even do a commercial to promote CarBiz, if asked. More

My husband and I would highly recommend Carbiz to anyone looking for a used card or to trade in. We appreciated that Martin listened to what particular things we are looking for in our vehicles and didn't t looking for a used card or to trade in. My experience at Carbiz was pleasant because the environment was relaxing and I didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. My salesman Miro was very friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered. If there was a question that he could not answer or was unsure of; he found someone who could answer the question. I would not hesitate to recommend Carbiz to my friends and I will certainly use them for my next purchase. More

The Carbiz staff was great to work with. We orginally just stopped in to look and then we saw a car we really liked. They took the time to work with us and walk us through the process.
