We test drove a 2008 BMW 535i and purchased it the following week at $3K+ below book-value price. The car is immaculate, and the excellent mechanical condition was independently verified by my mechanic. I would recommend Carbiz to anyone who is looking for a "sweet ride" at an affordable price. As I was browsing the wide selection of high quality vehicles, Myron introduced himself and began to ask very focused questions about my needs, wants, expectations, and budget requirements. I found that to be a very welcome departure from the typical "salesmanship" that I have previously experienced at almost every other dealership. We compiled a list of purchase options based on the criteria I provided and explored each one, which included interior, exterior, and under-the-hood survey, and test drive (in some cases). Myron was not aggressive or condescending in any way; in fact, he orchestrated and facilitated the almost perfect buying experience. He provided excellent customer service throughout the entire transaction, including follow-up calls afterward.
