Excellent I'm still in shock, I went to car is with my sister she purchased a car. I'm not sure what Fred did , but he worked his magic me & my sister left happy & excited. Everyone showed us great customer service & was very helpful with this process. Upon entering the Carbiz building I was greeted with smiles and a how may I help you attitude. I met with Jason Jacovsky who was the dealer that assisted me in my purchase. He helped me find the SUV I was looking for in the price range I wanted without games and haggling. It truly was a refreshing experience from a car dealership. Carbiz showroom is a show stopper with affordable prices. I truly enjoyed being there the atmosphere of this place is really nice. There are so many used car dealerships on reisterstown roa A friend of mine who recently bought a car from there suggested I come and check them out. There are so many used car dealerships on reisterstown road in the same area, so I was a little apprehensive about stepping out of my comfort zone. I had always gone to one of the honda dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised as there was a huge selection, and the salesman Fred was extremely courteous and professional. I had explained to him my concerns, but he was very informative, and explained everything to me so that I understood and would feel comfortable with my decision. I didn't feel any pressure like I have in the past going to other dealerships, and he was very knowledge. I wasn't prepared to purchase my vehicle the day I came in, but Fred and I set up an appointment for me to come back which was great because my schedule is so busy. He's since followed up with a few emails and checked on me to make sure everything was still a go. I had such a good experience and I can't wait to come back and purchase my car. More

Although I was there for 4 hours I completely understood that it was simply because they were working their "magic" to accommodate me in getting the price I wanted. He was never "pushy" or aggressive... Myron has great energy and is excellent in explaining, in detail, the contract and services you're getting... I love the fact that Carbiz has no hidden fees... This is my second purchase (I wanted to upgrade from my car to a truck) and I am more elated than I was during my first purchase!
