Great experience After an online search, I entered my information to schedule a test drive at Carbiz. I received a phone call very promptly from Sam. My husband and I arrived as scheduled, and the car was ready to go. We took a test drive, asked questions, etc and then decided to proceed with the purchase. The entire experience was smooth and easy, and as quick as buying a car can be. Everything was explained thoroughly, we were both impressed with Sam& Myron, and their professionalism. The dealership is very clean and nice, and I was truly impressed with how much Carbiz had done to prepare this "used" car for resale. It has new tires & brakes, which some used car dealers would not have bothered with. I thought the pricing was fair, and everyone we interacted with told us to contact them personally with any questions after the purchase, which was also nice to hear. I stumbled upon this dealer while searching online for the type of car I wanted, and I am very glad I did.
