This should have been straightforward however, the addition of trying to sell me an additional warranty confused the salesman as well as the terms of contracting. The financing was available onsite and the staff were more than ready to accommodate however, searching for the lowest percentage rate was not done until I demanded an institution that could accommodate a lower rate. Myron was great in this process as well as removing an unwanted additional warranty. Some of the details were not taken care of in a smooth manner but got finalized in the end. That said, the team came together to put together an acceptable package that I was happy to sign. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the car and has called me several times after to make sure that I am happy. More

I was also happy that Chris did not try to coerce us into buying another car. I really dislike salespeople and felt that carbiz was refreshing in comparison. I loved that we didn't have to haggle for a price because I don't have time for that, either. Myron (finance director) was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us all kinds of financial tips, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I plan to buy my next car here if the price is right. More
