My Awesome Experience At Carbiz October 13, 2015 was my very first time at Carbiz located on Reisterstown Road. Upon my arrival onto the parking lot I was able to freely look aroun October 13, 2015 was my very first time at Carbiz located on Reisterstown Road. Upon my arrival onto the parking lot I was able to freely look around taking my the necessary time to ensure them the right vehicle. I was able to select several vehicles of interest. After making a few selection I went inside. Once inside I encountered the receptionist who is extremely professional I explain to her that I wanted to purchase a vehicle she immediately paged a sale Rep to the front to assist me. The responding gentleman introduced himself as Nima Karkan. I explained to Mr. Karkan what I was looking for in a vehicle at that time Mr. Karkan took my information and forwarded his information as I have explained that I was not going to purchase at that time however I was weighing my options. Due to the professionalism of the staff I knew that this would be my place of purchase. On October 25, 2015 I called Mr. Karkan explained that I was ready to follow through with the purchasing process Mr. Karkan immediately began the process ensuring me that there was nothing for me to worry about. Mr. Karkan is such an awesome and amazing sales person that my experience was almost emotional as it was unbelievable that are still good Sales Representative who could be so personally involved and maintain professionalism at the same time. Mr. Karkan I truly appreciate you for all of your honesty and your hard work. I must say there has never been a time that I've entered a place of business where I felt very comfortable never second-guessing my decision to be there and knowing that I wanted to purchase my awesome and wonderful vehicle from these awesome and amazing place. Not only will I recommend Carbiz but I must throw in the best part Of my experience was having Mr. Nima Karkan as my Dales Rep. Carbiz you are the best with tears joy and excitement. Thank You! More
