I really enjoyed my whole experience that day, painless :) I just knew that I would have to go to at least 3 different car dealerships, so I started at the closest which was Car Biz. MR Liev was very respectful, pleasant, and knowledgeable about sales in getting me the vehicle I really wanted, he helped me get the car I really tried to get the weekend before somewhere else I was not happy with that experience so I left.
