Long and drawn out I had been looking for a car for weeks. I finally found something that I thought fit my needs at carbiz. I drove an hour to the dealer to see the car. I had been looking for a car for weeks. I finally found something that I thought fit my needs at carbiz. I drove an hour to the dealer to see the car. When I arrived they set me up with a wonderful salesman by the name of Raymond. He was very professional and honest. If you do have to visit this dealership be sure to ask for him. Raymond allowed for me to experience the car without any pressure. Once we were done test driving, it was time to talk numbers and that is where things went south. I had to deal with alot of back and forth between the manger and the finace manager Matthew. I didnt feel as though the manager was looking out for my best interest at all as a customer. The paper work that displayed the numbers of the deal for the car wasnt accurate. The entire transaction wasnt straight forward and seemed really shady. After waiting for more than an hour, I eventually had to call my credit union to work out my finacing. I had to drive all the way from Baltimore to D.C. to pick up the check to purchase the car that I wanted, then drive back in rush hour traffic. It was a long drawn out process and I wouldn't wish this treatment on anyone that is looking to have a great buying experience. More

After having the car for several months I found out my car was burning oil too fast to my dismay, but thankfully Carbiz has an awesome service center I'd been using since my purchase so they knew I got regular oil changes and the state of the engine. After one conversation with Collin, a lovely South African guy who personally handled my car I had the issue addressed, completely under warranty and a loaner. The engine repair took two days to resolve. I was in and out quickly. I highly recommend Carbiz service center to anyone purchasing a car and needing thorough assistance. More
