Good Experience at CarBiz I was very pleased with my experience at CarBiz. It would have to be perfect for me to rate a 5. I would compare them to CarMax in the way of no-has I was very pleased with my experience at CarBiz. It would have to be perfect for me to rate a 5. I would compare them to CarMax in the way of no-hassle negotiating and a guaranteed inventory, but a local business, more intimate and a cooler more local feel to the showroom. I dealt with Chris White. I knew what I wanted from extensive research and knew that the car was a good price (Carmax prices were higher, by the way). I don't like leather seats and Chris researched and found a place in Maryland that could replace the seats with cloth (at my expense, but still, he did the research without my asking). Nice, genuine people with a sense of humor, which helps when you are spending your hard-earned money. What wasn't perfect was really minor. I noticed a small dent afterwards that I hadn't noticed. Perfect would be if the sales person had pointed that out. I realize that's a bit much to ask and that I should have looked more carefully at a used car. I would still have purchased the car, but would have avoided the disappointment of finding the dent post-sale More

Seek and You Shall Find I was looking for specifics in a car. I researched on the internet and Carbiz (among others) kept showing a selection of available options I called a I was looking for specifics in a car. I researched on the internet and Carbiz (among others) kept showing a selection of available options I called and spoke with Raymond who shared the pertinent details about the car. I did not go to see the car immediately. I was avoiding driving 40 miles to Carbiz hoping to find a car option closer to home. A week or so later, I called to check availability of the car, and it was still available. I went to look at the car and my entire experience was well worth the drive. The car was GORGEOUS!!!. AT FIRST SITE, I SAID "THAT IS MY CAR." The car was immaculate, clean and I was sold at first sight. I was also impressed with the vast selection and quality of the other cars available. I went to view the car and I drove my new car home. The entire experience was a wonderful exchange from the purchase of the car to its financing.
