That is, the price you see online is the what the car actually costs (not including tax, title, and tags). At another dealership I visited, the advertised price was around $1500 less than the real price--really distasteful. (2) Given the condition of the car, the no-haggle price was a fair one and competitive with Carmax. (3) The condition of the car was as advertised. Before I bought it, I had the car looked over by an independent mechanic, who confirmed that everything was in great shape, so I'd be inclined to trust Carbiz. (4) The employees I worked with were pleasant and helpful. The one thing I didn't like at Carbiz is that the route for the test drive is very limited and doesn't include highway driving. I wouldn't buy a car without driving it on Baltimore streets I know well and at highway speeds in order to see what the suspension is really like, how the steering tracks, and whether there is any weird vibration in the steering wheel at speeds up to 70 mph. When I got the car checked out by a mechanic, I took it as a loaner for the day and made sure I drove it under those everyday conditions. Overall, I highly recommend Carbiz, and I will return to the dealership when I'm shopping for a used car. More

Expect the Unexpected I was browsing for a newer car than my 2004 and ended up driving off the lost with a 2012! I only came to see what was offered, but was sold on the first car I viewed. I loved the whole experience (which at times at other dealerships can be tedious). Since it had been awhile since I last purchased a car, this experience was great! Everyone was extremely professional and was able to answer my "million and two" questions I had! My Dad was very impressed (which is hard to do) and hopes to purchase a car for my Mother in the near future from this dealership. Kudos to Sam Sarris and Myron Boyd! You guys are great! P.S. My 1st car had 24k miles when i bought it and the one I bought yesterday only 11k...Carbiz is the best place to go!!!! I have NO complaints and Danielle was on top of her game...I told her what I wanted...a car with low miles, good mpg, safe and reliable, and last but not least an AUX port...lol...I got everything I asked for plus some. Service dept. allowed me to look at underside on a lift which was what I wanted, Javier was very helpful with information, taking time for a decent test drive, and picked me up at the AMTRAK station when I returned to pick car up. Gas tank was on E. I would have appreciated a full tank instead of 1/2, having paid full price for car. More
