Great Experience! I think it's safe to say, that anytime you have to go to a dealership, whether to purchase a new car or just for service, there's a little bit of hesi I think it's safe to say, that anytime you have to go to a dealership, whether to purchase a new car or just for service, there's a little bit of hesitation involved. After all, the industry doesn't have the best reputation. However, as car buying experiences go, Carbiz is the cream of the crop, and have put together an excellent staff to make the process relatively pain-free. Having pretty good credit, I came in with financing already lined up, yet my salesperson, Chris, in partnership with Brian, worked to get my low rate even lower! Being the type of person who already knows what he wants and doesn't want before I walk in the door, I found their low-pressure environment extremely refreshing and wouldn't hesitate to go back. I do my due diligence ahead of time, and at no point did I feel mislead or as if they were trying to pull a fast one. My one minor gripe is I wish there was a little more room for price negotiation, but the overall experience outweighed that for me. Kudos to Chris, Brian, and the rest of the staff for working to elevate themselves above their peers! More

Purchased an Infiniti Q50S and noticed some bumper damage before I purchased and Brian said his shop would fix it for free so it looked like new and they did a great job! Emailed back and forth with Sam and test drove it with him as well. Talked to Brian and he gave me top dollar on my trade. Went back a couple days later and made the deal, Jason and Myron did the paperwork. Customer service was impeccable and I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a great deal! More

Rus was able to "make it happen" fir me with a reputable bank. I drove into the dealership in a rental that I had for 8 weeks and drove home in my own car leaving the rental at the Enterprise next to the dealership. Chris was an AWESOME salesman and worked very hard as I test drove several vehicles and ensuring I was happy.with my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend Carbiz on their friendly and professional service alone and of course, their wide selection of vehicles. More

Great Customer Service & very easy to work with! I checked out several websites and found a car i liked, stopped by Carbiz for a test drive. I met with Sam, and briefly inspected the vehicle, followed with a nice long test drive in several road conditions. I loved the car and decided I wanted it pretty quickly. Sam input my information, and was careful to discuss all details and was very easy to work with. I had pre-qualified for a loan, and he helped me get a better rate, which helped save some money. Both Sam and Katie were very friendly as all the paperwork was being typed up. Matt & Myron covered the contract and loan paperwork, and easily answered any questions I had. The whole transaction took around 2 1/2 hours, but it never felt like things slowed down too much. I would gladly recommend friends to buy from this company, and they have a pretty wide selection of vehicles (A Ferrari, several Porsche's & high end Mercedes, Honda's, Nissan's, Mazda's and Hyundai's). More
