Tragedy turned Terrific!! I was in an accident. A drunk driver hit me and totaled my vehicle. I recently paid the vehicle off in December so I really was not in the market for I was in an accident. I began to shop at dealerships that were advertising low prices for vehicles so that I wouldn't have a note. I looked all over the Baltimore Metropolitan area because my timeline was narrow. I had to return the rental car within days. Anyone who has encountered situations like these recognizes that going car shopping under these conditions makes it almost impossible to enjoy the process. My wife and I were welcomed by salesperson after salesperson trying to get us to buy cars with poor CarFax reports and finance cars that were already liabilities. Most of the cars had accident history and quite frankly I could have kept my totaled car and gotten it fixed if I wanted a vehicle with accident history. My wife suggested that before we head home we stop by CarBiz. I was extremely apprehensive because all the other dealers said the same thing and took the same tone. They were all very inflexible and final about cars with high mileage that lacked aesthetic appeal. However, I was extremely impressed as soon as I walked into CarBiz. The professionalism of all employees was evident and the environment allowed me to relax and make a reasonable choice for my family. I was greeted immediately by a salesman and he said, "Let's go over here! I can help you!!" The little things matter. Everywhere else that we visited failed to extend in that manner. Nima showed us that our needs we paramount. He immediately began to pull up cars and gather keys for vehicles that were in our budget. He left no stone unturned. He was very upfront and candid about the potential maintenance, life of the car and he made certain that all pertinent information was available for us. His personality was welcoming and authentic. He provided us with various financial options and made our purchase run smoothly. Upon entering the financing office, Myron was spectacular. He simplified the terms of all contracts. They worked to find us the lowest financing possible and his presentation of the materials was miraculous and seamless. I have not purchased many vehicles, but I walked away tonight feeling well informed and comfortable with the way that we will be spending our money. I feel like Nima and Myron provided excellent customer service to make sure that we were satisfied. Nima even offered to provide tutorials with my car if I needed them at any time. I will certainly refer friends, family an relatives to CarBiz in the future. More
