I made zero compromises. The only painful part was saying goodbye to my old faithful car of many years that very day. I am a recently widowed mom of 3 teenagers and have two jobs so I am extremely busy. Sam was able to get a majority of the paperwork done over the phone and via fax/email so all I had to do when I went in was go over it all with Russ in financing, who was very patient and answered all of my questions. There were no surprises, no hidden fees, and everything was accurate down to the penny. For anyone considering the extended warranty, the local Volvo dealership I sent the contract to told me that it was one of the most comprehensive plans they had seen.
