Never felt so relaxed I went to Carbiz expecting it to be like any other dealership, but I found it to be different from others. When test driving, I was not nervous and even when I decided to "sleep" on the information so i could make my final decision, there was still no pressure. They just told me they would follow up with me and whenever I was ready they would be willing to help, and everyone did just that. Very pleased, and I'm sure we'll go back to Carbiz for another purchase in the future. More

Superior Servic I was out later Friday night and decided to look at a couple of cars just for the heck of it. I have a older SUV but was not really looking to get int I was out later Friday night and decided to look at a couple of cars just for the heck of it. I have a older SUV but was not really looking to get into another car payment. I stopped by Car Biz and immediately changed my mind. Not only was their selection of Vehicles impressive but the instant customer service provided by Christopher White my salesman was outstanding. I gave him a long wish list of things I needed in a car and he more than exceeded all my expectations. I was interested in either an SUV or Sedan and mentioned two vehicles that I liked. Before I knew it both vehicles were ready for test drive and were in exceptional condition. I again was just looking but after discussing all options decided to buy the car and have loved the decision ever since. Again, this was late Friday night and the dealership was closed. There were five employees who stayed much longer past the closing time to help me with financing, cleaning the car getting the insurance I needed and just letting me know how important customer service is. All I can say is Thank you for the best and fastest car buying experience ever!!!! More

"THAT WAS EASY" I went car shopping at Carbiz this Wednesday and received the best service ever from my two favorite guys, Myron and Fred! This is my second vehicle I went car shopping at Carbiz this Wednesday and received the best service ever from my two favorite guys, Myron and Fred! This is my second vehicle buying experience with them and they have been all the best of courteous and very informative! (Fred, work on imputing radio stations, lol) Fred and Myron guided me through the process without any interruptions and my new truck was waiting for me clean and ready to go.
