After an initial test drive where I noticed a few things that needed attention, I pointed them out to Danielle. The next day, the car was in the service center and the following day it was ready. Danielle wasn't availble when I went to buy the vehicle so I had the pleasure of dealing with Katie. Both ladies were very nice and helpful. And I drove away with a new loan on life. The entire experience was fast, friendly and efficient. There was also no pressure throughout the entire process. I used USAA's car buying service so I never had to haggle and they never tried to upsell me. Because they were a USAA certified dealer, I also saved on my APR by 0.5%! They helped hanlde all the paperwork and dealt with the MVA (thank you!) A great dealership with a great selection and great people. Thank you Carbiz! More
