Best Dealership Experience My name is Devante Wilson and I went into Carbiz with a troubling situation. My credit wasn't all to good, and the car I was trying to trade in was in My name is Devante Wilson and I went into Carbiz with a troubling situation. My credit wasn't all to good, and the car I was trying to trade in was in terrible condition. The minute I walked in Dani was helping me out through the whole process. The process was very long and Dani was just excellent in trying to work out a situation for me. I go to school and work full time. Just when I thought there was nothing they could do for me, Dani was able to get me out of that terrible car of mine and put me in a 2011 Honda Accord! I was extremely happy and more then anything I felt extremely blessed. Myron was also another excellent and funny employee. He helped me understand my contract and paper work and made me and my grandmother laugh the entire time. In my opinion, Carbiz is the best used car dealership in Baltimore md! More

Once I got to the dealership we looked at the vehicles and then drove the one we wanted. We didnt complete the deal right then because we had to finish paperwork with my insurance company. I can't even believe this place I hope the title of my review drew you in because you need to know. Buying a car from carbiz was simply amazing. . I have heard some horror stories about the used car buying process, and this was as far from the opposite of those as humanly possible. Let me set the mood: I was searching for a saab for a few weeks now, even though I have wanted one since 9th grade highschool when I had a dream I was driving one. I tried one other dealership and that dealership tried to tack on an extra 2000$ to the internet price.. . I'm sure they are able to pull that nonsense on some people, but I wasn't having it. Next I came across my saab from carbiz, and I called them first checking on prices and stuff. And they had no.hidden.fees. They told me what the price was going to be to drive it home, and it was the exact price that I ended up paying. (If you like to haggle don't go here... they are a no haggle, already cheapest around, dealership) I dealt with a young woman by the name of Katie. Not only was she super easy on the eyes, she was very laid back, extremely positive, and helpful, making my car buying a breeze....(She even let me pick the radio station :D) Myron handled the paperwork, and it went extremely fast. One last thing. .. My dad maybe the most hardheaded guy I know slash the biggest skeptic, and when we got home he said, "That was actually really nice. I would buy a car from them." I have to say my o When my son wrecked his car 2 weeks ago I dreaded having to find a new, used car for him - have never liked the car-buying process. I have to say my opinion has changed. While we "sort of" knew what we were looking for, and our price range, working with Matt at Carbiz Baltimore helped us to know we got the best car for our money. Matt was really nice and helpful, he listened to what we wanted and needed, showed us plenty of options using their online tool, shared the Carfax pros and cons with us, then was very patient with us as we checked out mutiple options. While we ended up with an affordable, used car that is a perfect fit for a college student, I'm lookiing forward to going back when we aren't paying college tuition to check out some of the great, luxury models they have in the showroom. Great staff, great deal, great experience. More
