I have had a long term relationship with the local Audi dealer which happens when the only cars you buy there have Rs in the badges. My buying experience there is now low key so it’s been a long time sinc dealer which happens when the only cars you buy there have Rs in the badges. My buying experience there is now low key so it’s been a long time since I have had to negotiate a car in earnest. My son and I initially tried the local Honda dealer but they would not budge on a deal. Reminded me of why I hate buying cars. But Chris at Echopark made our experience seamless. Everything was laid out in clear fashion. No hot boxing in the managers office. Would highly recommend. More

This was the most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had. The physical plant was clean & spacious. Football played on a big screen TV. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. But what made the experience different from other dealerships was my salesperson. Lucas was knowledgeable, patient, informative, personable and extremely helpful. I’d give him a ten out of ten. I found exactly the truck I was looking for at a fair price and was treated professionally at every step. I highly recommend EchoPark to anyone shopping for a vehicle who knows what they want, knows what the market value of that car is and appreciates polite business interactions.
