My sin went to EchoPark Auto with the thought of having his current vehicle loan paid off and having enough equity to payoff a newer vehicle. As you probably guessed, that wasn't possible. Jon called to get the payoff amount, ran the numbers and provided details to justify the appraisal amount on the current vehicle so that my son understood everything. He help my son to see how he can improve on taking care of the next vehicle to get the maximum trade value based on Kelly Blue Book. My son needed me to sign on the loan. Jon called me, presented the facts and patiently answered my questions, as well. Jon was quick to understand the challenges of the current vehicle and presented the benefits of the newer vehicle. He provided key information to help my son compare the pros and cons of keeping the current vehicle versus going with the newer vehicle purchase. He gave my sons the space he needed to make a final decision. My son has mental challenges.
