From the moment I stepped into the dealership, I was emotionally drained and resistant to certain offerings. However, Jonathon's approach was refreshingly different. He displayed an impressive level of knowledge about the vehicle and options available. What stood out was his ability to understand my needs and navigate through my emotional state. Despite my initial resistance to certain offers, he patiently guided me towards choices that were GENUINELY in my best interest! Not only did Jonathon showcase his professionalism, but he also demonstrated an ability to make a way out of NO WAY. This is definitely a testament to his dedication to customer satisfaction.
