The nonsense as the EchoPark in Thornton you make an appt the cars not there you reschedule cuz they will bring it up. Dirty car business no matter how much smoke you throw at the LOW PRICE. Garbage. They just keep coming at you to buy this buy that, I’m an 810 score,,, 8.99%? lol don’t buy here More

My second Salesman Joel Cubillo, was great. But the first was the worst I've ever met. Now, I've not met them all but, I'm 73 and I've met A LOT. After standing in the parking lot by the car in question for over 15 minutes I walked all the way back into the store and sat down in their waiting area until he finally showed up. When I kiddingly quipped "I didn't realize that you needed my help finding those keys" he became noticeably offended. Clearly the customer is supposed to know their place and just set there like a good boy and keep their mouth shut. Anyway, it only went down hill from there. At least three times I requested a replacement salesman and on two occasions he suggested I go to another dealership. When I finally got fed up and confronted the Sales Manager (I don't have names because no one gives out business cards here unlike other Dealerships, after all, they must cost at least 2 cents) where I was given Joel as a replacement. While waiting there a couple who had recently bought a car and who had apparently been waiting a long time for their saleswoman angrily stomped out the door stating they would never come back. Anyway, while this firs salesman stood behind the car pouting, a big wind came up and slammed the doer into the adjacent car leaving a 2" mark in the door. Everything went much better once I was relieved of the petulant child I was first saddled with. Would I go back again? Probably not. . More
