Car buying experience wasn’t great by any means. Seemed like there was absolutely motivation to sell the vehicle and there were issues with my trade in outside of their control but the explanation w Seemed like there was absolutely motivation to sell the vehicle and there were issues with my trade in outside of their control but the explanation was pitiful and the manager didn’t come out to speak to me until the car was sold. Service was awful and they sold me the car with an empty tank of gas. Spend $27k to go straight to the gas station to spend $50 to fill it up. If the exact car I wanted wasn’t there I would have went somewhere else. 10/10 do not recommend More

I bought a car from EchoPark, because they assured me it had a clean history. I discovered the vehicle had previous damage that was not disclosed at the time of sale, even though this was later reported to had a clean history. I discovered the vehicle had previous damage that was not disclosed at the time of sale, even though this was later reported to Carfax. When I contacted EchoPark, I was disappointed by the lack of support—they told me to reach out to the DMV instead of taking responsibility. This lack of transparency has been frustrating and has caused me to question their business practices. I hope they improve their processes so other customers don’t go through the same experience.
