People were friendly and helpful. The term "detail a vehicle" is used very loosely. I questioned the condition of the interior. I was told it would be detailed while we worked on the paperwork. Our detail was a drive thru wash and a 3 minute vacuum. I spent a couple hours at home doing a proper detail on the interior. Other than that we are very happy. I appreciated the fact that the car was acually well below the actual NADA value and that we didn't need to butt heads about a BS $699 dealer fee found at other dealerships. Will use them again. More
