Stuart made the car buying process easy and stress free. He was patient with me as I looked through many cars to find the perfect one. I appreciate that he stayed late to help me. Initially my experience was good. I bought a car from them the 4 months ago. When I got the car home. I checked under the hood and all the fluids were low. Took the car back and asked I bought a car from them the 4 months ago. When I got the car home. I checked under the hood and all the fluids were low. Took the car back and asked for them to go through the car. They said everything looked good. Adjusted the alignment some because it was pulling to the right. Past 6 weeks the car has not been driven much because I have been out of work because of knee surgery. My A/c went out last week. I took it to Meinke. I asked them to take a look at a few things. My front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. There is an oil leak in the car . The tie rods for the steering needs to be the replacement. xxx Echo Park!!! You insist before you have your clients leave to give a good google review. Well I take mine back. I have never had to get a new used car repaired this quickly from buying from a dealership. What sucks is you made me buy a cleaning service for the next 5 years. I don’t even trust you folks to clean my car let alone touch it mechanically. I will never buy a car there again. I would advise any one who is planning to buy a car from them to take the car to an outside mechanic. I wish I had. This has been an extremely expensive undertaking. More

1 star. EchoPark sent me an online offer of $5,163 for my 2012 Ford Fusion SE (VIN 3FAHP0HA9CR158696), valid until May 18 or 500 miles. They also offered EchoPark sent me an online offer of $5,163 for my 2012 Ford Fusion SE (VIN 3FAHP0HA9CR158696), valid until May 18 or 500 miles. They also offered an additional $500 bonus if I committed to selling within 48 hours, which is why I moved quickly. Before driving anywhere, I called EchoPark and asked their agent directly whether the offer was real. I was told it might come down by a couple hundred dollars after inspection, but I would be getting paid close to the quoted amount. That was good enough for me to commit. Based on that written offer and verbal confirmation, I drove from Philadelphia to the Virginia Beach location — roughly 12 hours of driving round trip, plus gas and tolls — inside the 48-hour bonus window. At the lot, their technician inspected the car and identified some issues. Fair enough — that's why the agent on the phone said the price might drop a couple hundred. But instead of honoring anything close to the original offer, EchoPark walked it back almost entirely and essentially told me the car wasn't worth buying. Here is the problem: the issues their technician found are normal wear on a 2012 vehicle. EchoPark's own system generated the $5,163 offer knowing exactly what year, trim, and VIN they were quoting. If that number was wrong, that is EchoPark's appraisal failure — not a reason to drag a seller 12 hours across state lines and then refuse to honor it. What I'd want other sellers to know: 1. The online offer is not a real commitment, even when an agent confirms it over the phone. 2. The 48-hour bonus is bait to get you to drive immediately, before you have time to shop the offer elsewhere. 3. "Minor condition issues" will be used to justify almost any walk-back, regardless of what was promised. I would have respected an honest "we can take $200–$300 off for these issues, here is your check." Instead it was a full bait-and-switch. Getting offers from CarMax and Carvana now and would strongly recommend anyone reading this do the same before wasting a tank of gas on EchoPark. More
