We drove nearly three hours to Charlotte to get this vehicle after a month of research. Their model for selling cars is great for 1 to 4 year old cars with a clean car fax report and under 50000 miles. This was a great experience. More

Went to buy a car and the sales person was very nice and friendly. Like a typical car buying experience, I picked the car I wanted, ran my credit and came back and told me they were waiting on an approval f friendly. I told her I had to leave so she said she will call me back in a while when they had an answer. She called me later and said they still didn't have an answer, it was all going to go through, that she was going to be off the following day but she was going to follow up with me or someone from the dealership will. It has been 3 days and I have not gotten a call back. I sell cars, but even if I have good or bad news for the customer, I do follow up, it is the proper thing to do. After all this, I came to the conclusion that this company only cares about taking your money and are definitely not focused on customer service. More
