The original car I wanted was said to be in Greenville after preparing to purchase I was informed it was actually in Tampa and that Greenville was just a delivery center and I’d have to pay an additional after preparing to purchase I was informed it was actually in Tampa and that Greenville was just a delivery center and I’d have to pay an additional $500 to have it transported to Greenville and that’s in addition to the price of said vehicle I think if you advertise the vehicle and it’s selected the car should be transported at no additional cost to the consumer or the transportation fee taken off the total price of the vehicle More

I seriously can't say enough GREAT things about my purchasing experience with EchoPark Automotive in Charlotte. I originally called and spoke with Megan Free to inquire about an EchoPark car that I sa purchasing experience with EchoPark Automotive in Charlotte. I originally called and spoke with Megan Free to inquire about an EchoPark car that I saw on the CarFax site. In a matter of minutes, she was able to answer questions about the car that I asked about as well as inform me that they also had over 30 cars at their location that matched what I was looking for. I used EchoPark's CarCash App to get my previous car appraised. I received an appraisal amount in under 10 minutes that was able to be applied to the purchase of my new car. So easy! Rob Keen worked with me on the finance part of the purchase and was very attentive to responding to my phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. He helped make an appointment for me to finalize my purchase and trade in my previous car. Upon my arrival, my name was displayed on a screen at the front desk as a nice welcome. Next, I was introduced to Todd Petersen set me up with a test drive of my new car. Following the test drive, they took one last look at the car that I was trading in and I turned over my keys. The appraisal price determined from using the CarCash app was honored and my paperwork was finalized. Todd was so incredibly personable and knowledgeable about every step of the process. The car that I purchased was priced so well and was worth every penny. I hope they can build an EchoPark closer to where I live as I plan to purchase from them again in the future. More
