Sarah had a quick response and was extremely patient answering questions considering I came in with 6-7 pages printed from the website! She was personable and remembered every detail of what I was looking for in my search. She provided quick responses and kept a patient and friendly attitude throughout my process. She worked on my APR and worked til after close to please me. I started out NOT wanting to buy my 4th MBenz but Sarah was patient and helped me test drive other vehicles and explained the website to me to minimize my search and save me time. I left happier than I ever imagined I would be and her customer service was better than I experienced at Park Place MB in the past. Environment was exceptionally clean, Social distancing in place and safe. Even the restroom was clean. It was a relaxed experience how the test drive process is and I’ve even referred her to 3 friends/family and less than 24 has passed.
