I had an 8 AM appointment scheduled, and the dealership opened its doors timely. The check in process was quick and efficient, and the waiting room was comfortable with many available seats, free water. The contact John was helpful, patient and able to explain things clearly. Also was easy to coordinate a car rental while the car was kept for a few days to be worked on. The update portal was a little spotty, it was great receiving the inspection videos. Once the available suggested services was published, after I selected one I was no longer able to access the list. So I had to ask for a print out. My main feedback on how things could be improved is the portal, and then two additional suggestions. 1) I ended up spending 5.5 hours at the dealership, so for service requests that are expected to take longer I’d like if someone encouraged me to go home and they would contact me with updates. 2) the complimentary shuttle service only has a 10 mile radius, and I was at 15 miles living in uptown Dallas. Would be nice if they can extend that radius to provide better customer service.

Recently, the day before my birthday, after having no issues with my Rogue. Suddenly my key after being put in the ignition, would not turn as it had many days (years) before. After doing some research of my cars' system, I decided to have it towed to Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving. To say I was concerned put it lightly, because I am one of those people that has always been loyal to supporting the small business community of which I have done for many years, which did not include big dealerships with multiple locations for my service needs. Long story short, I was highly impressed by Daniel in the service department. After its all said and done and my car is back in hand.....I realize I hit the jackpot with him being assigned to my car repair navigation. He answered all of my questions, which maybe at times were more than asked from other customers. He never seemed put out, impatient or changed his tone with me through all of my questions, concerns and such. I personally give 5 stars to Daniel for his compassionate way of handling all of my questions and concerns. Daniel, YOU ROCK!!!

Isaiah was very easy to work with throughout the process. I originally came in for just a quick look at the vehicle to.ensure it would meet my bride's requirements in our search. He pulled the car up for me to look over, and was able to answer most of my initial questions, and those he did not know, he was quick to find answers. The F&I office was also relatively quick and easy to work with; no extra sales tactics like other dealerships we had contacted. Overall, a much better experience than I anticipated, we will definitely keep this dealership in mind when we need to search again.
