Sara was a great in my first time car purchase. I came in kind of late and asked a million questions and she was very calm collected and on the ball. Sales rep was fast when speaking to us. She stated she would make sure to let us know the answer on some things we asked about the car. When we came to pick up the vehicle only half of the damage got fixed. So we had to have her send it back to complete the repairs. Making it obvious she had not throughly inspected it before our pick up time. Other then that she was kind and quick to get it situated and got most of what we needed and complete. The overall experience was okay, the dealership seemed alright and we got a fair deal. Management was great and was very good with customer care. More
