I used to work at Carmax and my whole experience with Joshua really puts them to shame. I came to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, and left with the link and instructions on how to apply online at home at my convenience. I applied online that same night at home and got a call from Joshua the next morning saying I was approved and good to go. Joshua was able to negotiate a great rate with one of the many lenders they have relationships with at Echo Park, and the whole signing process or closing only took about 15-20 minutes. I really loved the no pressure environment at Echo Park and if it weren’t for Joshua, I would’ve ended up buying a luxury car I was interested in at another dealership and spending way too much money in the long run. Joshua helped me make a wise decision and not one I would regret later on.
