I went back to the Echo Park dealership to buy my own car aftet buying my son's car there 2 months ago. I took some time to walk the entire lot by myself to check out the latest inventory, I went inside and was paired up with Charles Bright. He was very friendly but also calm and he listened to what I had to say. He first showed me quite a few cars online and helped me narrow my search and then I was test driving a car I loved very quickly. Charles was patient and never made me feel rushed or pushed toward a certain car or type of financing (which is always the feel I've had st other dealerships). He just provided me the information I needed, and I drove away in my dream car knowing that I got a great deal too. More

Mr. Shaffer was an experienced, knowledgeable and patient salesman, who worked well with my husband an I, who are both senior citizens. He did an excellent job in explaining how the negative equity worked wi salesman, who worked well with my husband an I, who are both senior citizens. He did an excellent job in explaining how the negative equity worked with trade-ins, which was something that I had never done before. He then did a great job in negotiating with us and even brought his Manager out to show us the breakdown of our cost after we didn’t like the original monthly payment presented. He was then able to get the payment issue worked out in about 15 minutes and we came to an agreed upon monthly payment on a much newer car than I had, that was only $10 more a month. Everything was done fast and efficiently, paperwork and all. My husband is thinking about trading his car in too and has said he will definitely shop with Ed again. EchoPark has two happy and satisfied customers because of Mr. Shaffer. This was an overall GREAT EXPERIENCE! More
