Interesting facility was very big and busy but seemed to function ok, I did notice though that some folks had been waiting a bit. I believe they may have been walk in. A dealership experience like no other I spent many days at dealerships with pushy and aggressive salesmen. My experience with Edward Shaffer was completely opposite. He talked with me at l I spent many days at dealerships with pushy and aggressive salesmen. My experience with Edward Shaffer was completely opposite. He talked with me at length about what I was doing and why I was there. He brought humor and levity to a stressful decision. He was patient with us as we test drove different vehicles. He even took us into the detailing area to compare two trucks side by side (which he was not allowed to do.) He broke every stereotype of a used car salesman, treated us with respect and was terrific to work with.
