We had our car picked out, financing secured, and deposit down on the vehicle and still waited over 3 hours. There is no blame for that ... there were literally hundreds of people there at the same time trying to get a great deal just like we were. Randy kept us informed and communicated with me during the entire process. He was polite, friendly, and always going the extra mile ... from calling me before I traveled just to make sure I knew there was only one key for the vehicle I was purchasing to doing the detailing himself to prevent us from having to wait even longer. Randy Molina was incredibly helpful and trust worthy. He wasn’t pushy and wanted me to make the decision that was best for me not him. He explained everything and helped me get the car I really wanted.
