Better than i had anticipated I showed up unannounced and asked for Adrian. His approach is spot on, the perfect balance of professionalism and also feels like one of the guys.. Great place to buy a car! Let me start by saying I live in far north Texas - near Sherman. I found the car I wanted on Auto Trader and noticed it was at a place in Grand Prair Let me start by saying I live in far north Texas - near Sherman. I found the car I wanted on Auto Trader and noticed it was at a place in Grand Prairie. That is much farther than I wanted to drive!!! I had never heard of this place so I went online and started doing a little research. Most reviews looked favorable. I also learned it was a "no haggle" place. I NEVER go buy a car alone. I usually take my sister or my dad because I cannot stand dealing with car salesmen. I lose my temper and end up without a car if I go alone!! No one was available to go with me so I went alone to see the car I wanted. I had been corresponding via email with Joshua McKay, verifying the car was still there and when I would be there. When I arrived, I met Joshua at the front. We drove the car, went over the car info, sent my car to be inspected for trade in and began talking about financing. NOTE: they do not accept drafts from most banks so, if you pre-approve at your bank like I did, you may have to start over with them. Financing, extended warranties and GAP insurance are how they make their money so be prepared for that. NEVER did I feel pressured or discouraged to say no to any of it. Joshua is a wonderful, patient person who happily walked me through the process and answered all my crazy questions. I left that day with the car that I LOVE and paid a price I was happy to pay. The ONLY reason I rated a 4 is because they don't accept financing from my bank that I was already pre-approved with at a slightly lower rate. I highly recommend this place and Joshua McKay. I will definitely recommend this place and Josh to all my friends. Happy car hunting!! More
