Not once did he pressure us and he always make sured that’s exactly what we wanted . He made sure to update us on everything while we were waiting on a response from the bank and he made sure we had snacks ! My original experience with sales rep Kameron Gee wasn’t bad don’t get me wrong it was just the events after that which caused me to have a sour taste in my mouth after I was promised something but nothing was delivered. Joshua basically came in to help a situation that had went downhill and actually turned my mind around about this place. I dealt with alot of people that lacked proper customer service skills and communication but not Joshua. He made my fifth and finally visit smooth and easy. Yes we did run into an issue but Joshua worked diligently to fix it and make it right. He is honest, trustworthy, and will follow up with you after all is said and done to ensure you are happy. What really sealed it was when I was getting into my new car to drive away and he actually prayed over me. I definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a new car to reach out Joshua. More

Professional and painless process. Driversselect has so many different vehicles to choose from, and they sell quickly, so their inventory is constantly being refreshed. I knew the exact car I was going to purchase based on my search through the USAA Car Buying service and verifying through driversselect.com that it was still on the lot. My sales rep, George Kahn, was very helpful throughout the process and made an already easy transaction even more painless. I already had my car picked out before I made the drive so I didn't need to be sold on a vehicle, wasn't trading in a vehicle, and I had my own financial institution handle the financing so I didn't need to use any of the many lenders they do business with. But from the experience I had I can only assume that these would also be pleasant as well. George was great in answering my questions and facilitating the test drive and paperwork. I would absolutely reccomend and use driversselect again! More
