They're business model is not geared toward customers with excellent credit - they don't easily offer good, aggressive auto loan rates. As long as you can make financing work to your advantage, it's a good place to get a great pre-owned vehicle. More

Felt confused and frustrated a lot but Nicole was very helpful and nice. She even assisted me on her day off before I arrived at the dealership. My problem was how the dealership operates, nothing wrong with Nicole. I felt like a friend was helping me. Overall the experience was fine but I think the dealership could do better about being more customer friendly. It’s a very busy place so I felt like a number with most employees rather than a valued customer. More
