Love the car but the sales rep could use a little more train Our experience would have been better had we had a more experienced sales rep. We had a young kid, didn't know much about selling a car. We've been buying cars for over 25 years, and have bought multiple cars. We didn't appreciate the sales rep treating us as if we didn't know what we were doing. Also, the sales rep was saying a granola bar while trying to question us about the financing we already got from our bank. I understand the dealership makes their money from the financing but if you can't beat the financing with our bank that's the point of questioning us further? The reason im giving a good rating and still recommending this dealership is because when the sales manager came later, he was more experienced, mature, and new what needed to be done to close the sale. If we ever buy a car from this dealership again, we will only deal with an experienced sales person. Not a young kid. The sales rep left the key box in the car and gave us the car with an empty tank. The manager resolved the issues.. this is why I would still do business here. The sales rep was nice but lacked customer service skills, and needs a little more training on how to talk to customers More
