I asked about the inspection process they performed on the vehicle i was interested in, and he said he'd find out, and after more conversation he left the desk we were at. I watched him exit the building and (in 100°+ Summer heat) run across the lot to the mechanic's building. That impressed me. Then I saw him RUN BACK! That proved how much he valued my time, and my business. More
