Dealer is a bait and switch used car shop We called to verify that car was there and that everything was in good condition. Nick said it was and he'd have the car pulled up for us. Upon arrival Nick was with another customer, instead of passing us off to another salesman he attempted to try and sell 2 cars at once.. Both customer suffered and he didn't do a good job. But here is the major issue... they falsely advertised the Mini Cooper we went to buy. The "2015 MINI Hardtop JCW Pkg. Sport w/Navigation/Sunroof" First off there was no sunroof... How do you miss that?? Second the description talks about the features to which it lists a backup camera.. guess what no camera. When we brought it to the dealers attention he seemed more annoyed than anything. I asked if they were going to discount the price of the car because is was missing major features, to the response of no. very shady dealer with bad salesmen. More
