He was always so pleasant to speak with that it made me feel like he actually cared about me not just me buying a car. I went back and forth and changed my mind but he still had the same consistent attitude throughout it all; happy, positive, supportive, and encouraging. Never once did he pressure me into buying a vehicle, if anything it was the other way around. Two thumbs up for DeMeon's service as well as the rest of the staff at Drivers Select in Dallas, Texas. I will definitely be going back here for my next car! More

I contacted other dealers first and I never was given with a price, all of them wanted to go and discuss the price in person. What is the point of having an internet sales department then? Here we found a car that we liked at a good price from the beginning. The whole process was fast. Very happy with the experience. My only complain is that a lot of the cars only have 1 set of keys/remote control when brand new come with 2 full sets plus a valet key. You need to buy the extra key/remote control. I wish driversselect would do this and have the 2 sets ready when the time comes to buy the car. I mean if they want to keep the prices low, it is still a good price if they even include the cost of the extra keys in the car's price, nobody would know and customers would be happier. More

There were a few items and a detailing service that was due after we purchased the vehicle, which is handled by 'Customer Service'. After waiting for about 3 weeks for the promised items, we called the number and got no answer (no one at the customer service extension would pick up the phone, left voicemails - no one would call. Then we were informed that email would be a better option and one of the sales persons promised to set us up - guess what? That didn't happen either. In the end, my wife had to take time off from work to drive to the dealer to get someone to deal with directly. Further, they reneged on some of the promised items - so watch out for this pitfall. Get everything upfront to avoid the hassle of dealing with their non-existent "customer service". Recommendation is a Maybe (I had to select between Yes/No) More

I went to carmax first and got a trade-in value for my 2012 I wanted a new car. I've had the same car for 5 years, just wanted something nicer, newer. I went to carmax first and got a trade-in value for my 2012 Honda Crosstour. I saw a couple of cars online at Drivers select and went to check them out. I met with Chris Scheu. I chose him from the reviews on their site. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and just helpful overall. I drove a couple of Jeeps, came back the next day wanting to try an Infiniti. They gave me $1k more on my trade in than carmax and a great deal overall on my new Infiniti, never pushy. Hurry though if you see something you like. It may be gone later that same day. One of the busiest dealerships I visited, crazy turnover in cars due to their prices. All vehicles are one owner, no accidents on cards. Ask for Chris, he was great. I'm an over 50 female and don't like the car buying game most play, I'm in sales too. More
