He gave us his cell # and instructed us to let him know which models she liked and he would be sure to have them available the next day (provided they had not already sold). We did as instructed and looked at a Honda Civic and Nissan Altima. There was no negotiation on the price...there didn't need to be! While the buying process for out of state did take some time, the breakroom was full of snacks and coffee for everyone. Test drive experience was how I liked, no sales pitch while I was driving. I could just see for myself and concentrate on the look/feel of the car. I made my choice and Bruce took it from there. The financing was easy. The whole process was a little longer than I wanted, but they were exceptionally busy that day. I asked for a stain in the back seat to be addressed, which they did after the make ready. Bruce told me I could bring back later in the week if I saw anything else to be addressed. We will be in the market for another vehicle in 1-2 years. Driversselect will be at the top of the list! More
