The first car I looked at online was exactly what my wife was looking for (outside and inside colors were perfect as well as what was included in the package). I called and talked to Ivan. He was able to answer all of our questions. We gave him all the information to hold the car until we could get there the next day. When we got there, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign. We looked over the car, we gave him the OK, he had it washed and cleaned up and we drove out with our very nice Buick LaCross with smiles on our faces. Our hats off to this dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on a previously used car. More

While waiting for them to bring the car over from their other lot the staff was nice a courteous. The no hassle pricing makes buying a car easy. The only thing I would change would be the dealership giving a free hat or key chain with the purchase of a vehicle. 😄 More

The prices on their website got me curious (maybe too good to be true...). I was a bit skeptical when I made the appointment with Bob Dabagia. The car was already pulled up at the front when we arrived. After briefly explaining how DS works, he told us to take our time to test drive. We drove 2 cars and decided on one pretty quickly. We finished the purchase transaction in Bob's office. By the end, I was so impressed with the DS business model and walked out feeling good about the decision. This was the best and easiest car shopping experiences I've ever had! It completely changed my concept! I am so glad that I got to work with Bob on this deal! More
